Version 9.5 of ResultsPlus is supported as follows:
Workstation Operating Systems Supported: Windows 2000 or XP operating system.
Database Platforms Supported: Microsoft Jet, Microsoft SQL Server 2000 and 2005, and Sybase SQL Anywhere� (Adaptive Server Anywhere) Version 7, 8 and 9. Contact Metafile with questions about the optimum database platform to fit your system needs.
Network Server/Environments Supported: ResultsPlus is available in both Single-User and Multi-User (network) versions. Server/Network environments supported are: Peer-to-Peer, Windows�, Novell�, Linux�, and Unix�. |

Does ResultsPlus work with word processors? |

ResultsPlus works seamlessly with either Microsoft Word or Corel WordPerfect. Our ResultsPlus Mail Merge Wizard walks you through every step of the mail merge process, from beginning to end, helping you easily personalize letters, emails, and faxes to one or more constituents.
For Microsoft Office users:
ResultsPlus V9.5 requires Microsoft Office XP (2002) or newer.
For Corel WordPerfect users:
ResultsPlus V9.5 requires WordPerfect 2002 (10) or newer. |

What are the ResultsPlus reporting capabilities? |

ResultsPlus includes a wide variety of reporting capabilities:
Standard Reports: Over 200 standard reports are provided, with report options that put you in the driver's seat to choose what you want to see in each report. You can preview any report, then print it and/or export it to a variety of file types, including Word, Excel, pdf, etc.
Query: You can query almost any field in the database and print the results. Our Quick Report Wizard allows you to create your own report from any query with sums, averages, counts, etc., formatted the way you want it. You can save that quick report formatting so it's available every time you run that query.
Crystal Reports: In addition, Metafile includes the award-winning Crystal Reports software with the original purchase of any full version of ResultsPlus so you can modify any standard report or create your own custom reports. Custom Report Writing is available as any hourly Extended Support Service as well. |

Does ResultsPlus have import and export functions? |

ResultsPlus includes powerful built-in import and export utilities.
Import: You can set up import templates for importing 3rd party data into ResultsPlus once or periodically as many times as needed. Complete documentation is provided to help you import your ASCII or CSV files into your database.
Export: ResultsPlus has powerful exporting capabilities in both queries and reports. All standard and custom reports can be saved in a variety of formats for sharing with others. All query results can be exported to an ASCII or Excel file. |

Can I import Online Donations? |

Yes. Online donations can be entered like any other gifts. Additional functionality is provided for customers who use a 3rd party vendor for processing their online donations. Our built-in Online Donations functionality greatly speeds up processing those online gifts with the file you receive from your vendor.
Use Our Built-in BankServ Option: The built-in Online Gift Processing function in ResultsPlus is designed to work directly with files received from 3rd party vendor BankServ� using their SameDayPay� option. The gift data from BankServ� goes directly into a gift batch in ResultsPlus. All you do is set up your service relationship with BankServ�.
Use A Different Vendor: If you already use a different 3rd party vendor for processing online gifts, you can set up an Online Gift template in ResultsPlus to match the file format from your vendor or use our import utility to import the gift data file into a batch. |

Does ResultsPlus have an accounting module? |

ResultsPlus is a donor and prospect management database and does not have an accounting module. Since there are many software applications on the market for nonprofit accounting, we provide several ways to share data with accounting so you can use the accounting software that best fits your organization:
1) Purchase the optional QuickBooks� Integration feature (works with QuickBooks� Pro).
2) Create your own template for Export to General Ledger as a standard step in gift processing.
3) Use the export utility for exporting any data from ResultsPlus to an ASCII file for easy import into other software packages, including accounting packages. |
