| Metafile Information Systems, Inc. (Metafile) is a privately held software development and systems integration company. Founded in 1979 and headquartered in Rochester, Minnesota, the company has direct and associated sales offices across North America as well as in Europe, South America, and Asia.
Metafile introduced its first software product, METAFILE®, in 1981, to provide solutions to organizations through applications that merge data and text information. Through the continuing introduction and improvement of applications such as METAVIEW®, MetaViewer, Mspool, MetaTools, MetaTalk, Metaview FOLDERS, Enterprise, and ResultsPlusTM, the company has reached and sustained a leadership position in the industry.
Metafile has provided non-profit software since 1985. Results/PLUSTM
for Windows, initially released in early 1994, was developed
with input from hundreds of development professionals using the
DOS version of Results/PLUSTM. Further development led
to the January 1995 introduction of version 2.0 and version 3.0
that was released in April 1996. In September, 1998, we released
version 5.0 32-bit and the Events/PLUSTM for Windows
module. Our growth continues with ResultsPlusTM
version 9.5 and the EventsPlusTM module.
