ResultsPlus Online is our hosting service that enables your users to access data from anywhere in the world; your users have all the tools and software they need to manage their donor cultivation and fundraising efforts, regardless of what applications they have on their work, home, or other computers.
Customers who choose this hosting option have another key value added: Metafile provides the Information Technology (IT) services to manage your fundraising data for you. Our professional team maintains and administers the database as well as the software and hardware on which it runs. This includes automatic daily database backups, all ResultsPlus revisions and upgrades as they are released, as well as upgrades to the related products in your hosted environment (Microsoft® Word, Excel, and SQL Server, anti-virus software, etc.).
You get all this service for a simple fixed monthly fee! You are not purchasing the software licenses. Instead, you are purchasing a total service package that includes full use of our ResultsPlus and eventsplus! software. You get the full power of Metafile staff administering and supporting not only your fundraising data, but also the hosted environment. Your staff can focus on their jobs: entering and accessing the data they need, fundraising and nurturing constituent relationships, keeping the board informed, etc.
