NOTICE OF SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS BEFORE UPGRADING TO VERSION 9:
The order form below is for a full UPGRADE to Version 9 of resultsplus!. Customers must meet ALL 3 of the following requirements before installing the Version 9 upgrade:
1) You must currently be running on resultsplus! Version 7 or 8. (To see exactly which version you are currently running, go to |Help|About| in resultsplus!; the version appears under the logo.)

2) All workstations that run resultsplus! must have one of the following operating systems: Microsoft Windows 2000 OR Windows XP.

3) All workstations that run resultsplus! must have one of the following word processors: Microsoft Word 2002 or newer OR Corel WordPerfect 2002 or newer (WP Version 11, 12).


UPGRADE COST:
You may place your online order for the resultsplus! upgrade whether or not you are on Annual Support.

  • Customers with a current Annual Support Agreement receive the upgrade free of charge; upgrades are included in your support contract.
  • Customers without a current Annual Support Agreement will be contacted by a Sales Representative about their organization's cost to upgrade. Or you may call 1-800-638-2445 and ask to speak with your Sales Representative.
