  After the system has been designed and described in writing, a Product Specialist can remotely assist your organization with the installation and configuation of ResultsPlus.

  A Product Specialist can review your ResultsPlus implementation to ensure that all system and administration tasks are operating properly, provide a more in-depth understanding of specific ResultsPlus functionality, document the implementation, issues, user training needs, and provide information about ResultsPlus features.
