Online Donation Imports � This may include mapping a strategy for importing data and/or building the import template. The template can be created once and used over and over again.
Custom Tables and Forms � A Support Specialist can build one or more tables to manage information specific to your organization�s needs. Custom reports, groups, queries, and merge documents can be all designed specifically for your organization.
Import Templates and Custom Imports � This may include mapping out a strategy for importing data, preparing the source data file, and/or building the import template. For example, templates can be designed for address updates, importing mailing lists, and so on.
Custom (SQL) Queries � Custom Query enables customers to develop queries using Structured Query Language (SQL).
Custom Merge Documents � Support Specialists can create or assist you in creating custom merge documents in Word, WordPerfect, or Crystal Reports. You may find this service helpful when trying to create letters that use formulas or If-Then logic.
